Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.

What Can Be Returned

  • Incorrect items (wrong size, design, or colour delivered)

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered (please refer carefully to our sizing charts before purchase)
  • Items not in original condition or beyond the 30-day window

How to Request a Re-Print or Refund

To request a refund or re-print, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
  • Specify if you would like a refund or re-print.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.

Re-Prints

If eligible, your order will be re-printed at no extra charge.

Shipping Costs

  • We cover the cost of shipping for re-prints if the error was ours.
  • For returns that are not approved (outside policy conditions), return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Third-Party Fulfilment Note

All products are fulfilled by trusted third-party partners. Minor variations in color or placement are considered normal and not grounds for return.
